Driver’s License, Passport and ID Scanners (Scan2PMS™)

TTI addresses these needs and more with Scan2PMS which instantly captures guest data from driver’s licenses, passports and IDs.

Scan2PMS is a customized application that utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to capture relevant data from IDs and disperse into appropriate fields. If desired, a digital image of the entire ID or the facial photo can also be extracted. Scan2PMS can easily be integrated with third-party applications including most Property Management Systems.

Luggage Tag Solution

With our user-friendly application, guests select the number of bags to be stored. The solution then calculates the fee and prints an adhesive luggage tag similar to the airlines. The tag is affixed to the luggage either by the guest or by the front desk/reception staff and placed into storage. Guests receive a printed receipt to present for luggage retrieval.

Prepaid Phone Cards

Prepaid phone card machines make it possible for hotel to quickly and securely process payment transactions and take pressure off the front desk staff.
